Menu question

Admiror Gallery is free extension for Joomla! based websites. Admiror Gallery is all in one, a simple and instant solution for rendering image gallery from folder with images, but very flexible and adaptable.

Menu question

#1 Post by dhulse001 »

This is probably a very basic question, but I am new. I have a "Gallery" button on my top menu that displays the one folder that is designated. However, I would like to make it so that when I click the menu button, I would get a drop down sub-menu with choices to pick various collections. This would be similar to what is displayed in one of the training videos on YouTube. Joomla V1.5.23.

Thanks for any suggestions!

Well I don't know what tutorial you are referring to, but you might try to add a sub-menu items of "AdmirorGallery Layout" type and set "Gallery" menu item as parent. This way you will have a list of sub-menu items, and they should display on hover.

Thanks for the response! I tried using a sub-menu from my original "Gallery" button, but it didn't seem to do anything; in other words, it just opened the Gallery. I may have missed something and I will try again tonight.
Here's the YouTube link that shows a drop down menu from the "Gallery" button http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cYfdOYOHXLw

Thanks again!
