Google indexing of gallery images ?

Hello,

First I would like to congratulate the team for making such a wonderful extension, it’s one of the most important extensions installed on my site and that too without any cost.

However some doubts and questions have been creeping up after I started using the gallery. I have observed that the images under admiror gallery are not indexed by google. Images which are inserted in the article itself are indexed by google.

Since images are important aspect of my website and I would like all gallery images to be indexed, I am wondering if other users have observed the same thing and if there is somethinh we can do to make google index images inserted through admiror gallery.

Well I don't see why this would be an issue. But if the gallery HTML is problematic in any way it can easily be modified using different template or even modifying the index.php of some template to achieve better(better for Google ) HTML output.

It would be useful to test you site with some of SEO tools and that should give some hint on what is the problem with the gallery, that would be a good point to start.

This highly depends on the structure of each website, so I cannot say that with certainty if Admiror Gallery has issues with this. At least there are no reports of similar concern until now, but that doesn't mean much
