Joomla SEF and Admiror Gallery Issue

#1 Post by infomadness »

Guys,
First of all, I would like to thank you all for such a wonderful component for Photo gallery for Joomla. I recently uninstalled Phoca Gallery and turned to Admiror Gallery. I really like the easy integration and ease of use but I am running into SEF URL issues.

I have Joomla SEF turned ON and when I create a menu link to the Gallery, I get weird URLs. Please help me how to fix this.

the URL is http://informationmadness.com/photos.html

Hi,

I undestand your problem, but only solution would be not to use albums and pagination.

Currently this is a limitation for our gallery. We need that information in url to be able to position on changing page and what album is accessed.

I will adress this issue when working on next release. I guess we could use hidden field to store the values instead of the URL :)

I don't know how important is this for you and how mutch patience you have, but I hope you can wait for the new revision :)

P.S. Sorry for late reply, I'm on a bussines trip.
Help Admiror Gallery become even better,
give us a review on JED

Thank you Vasiljevski for your reply. So I guess I will have to create individual links to each gallery and not use Albums.
