Page coming up with plugin code instead of gallery

#1 Post by chccsit »

Hi There,

Just wondering if someone can help me. I create a new admiror menu item, select the layout option, I then select the gallery from the parameters and then when I click on the menu option i get the following:

{AG template="classic" thumbWidth="200" thumbHeight="120" thumbAutoSize="none" arrange="priority" newImageTag="1" newImageDays="7" frameWidth="700" frameHeight="500" showSignature="1" plainTextCaptions="1" popupEngine="fancybox" backgroundColor="ffffff" foregroundColor="808080" highliteColor="fea804" albumUse="0" paginUse="1" paginImagesPerGallery="20" }Gallery\Indonesian Week{/AG}

It doesn't come up with the thumbnails. Not sure what I am doing wrong.

Any help would be much appreciated.

thanks
Darren

You should check two things.

First if the code is correct, not been altered and HTML encoded.

Second, check if Admiror Gallery plugin is enabled.

If this doesn't help, it would be good to post a link to your site to let me check this out.

Hmm, that is strange.

Try to remove \ from "\Weihnachtskonzert 2012". It looks that, for some reason, \ was added when you selected the gallery.
Open Gallery Menu Item settings and just remove \ from the gallery name and save.

This should solve your problem :)

This is probably because in you settings "Images Root Folder" doesn't have / at the end, like "/images/sampledata/" :)

It is better to change it in parameters and you will not need to add it whenever you add new gallery.

Go to Admiror Gallery, Control panel to check "Images Root Folder", and if needed change it :)
