Control panel doesn't save my changes [FIXED in 3.0.166]

I have just downloaded AG 3.0.163 - and mannaged to create my first gallery
But when I try to make changes in the control panel (eg. Gallery Template, New Image) and hit Apply, my changes aren't saved
Maybe I'm doing something wrong - do you have any idéa of things I could try ?

Which version of Joomla! are You using ? Version 1.5 or 1.6 ?

also using 1.5 (1.5.22)

well I checked it out and everythings works fine. Adding images, saving captions and stuff like that.
Except for the settings on the control panel, they aren't working as it should be. It says "params updated" but it isn't saved.

Hello untrapper,
There was a issue with updating parameter's to database. It is fixed now. I installed the new version in your site, you can delete the user you provided for back-end access.
Thanks for you patience. You effort helped us to improve our component.
If anyone else has the same problem, please update to version 3.0.164.
