Blank pop up

[paulhazell]

I have one page on my site where the thumbnails are showing correctly but the pop up just shows a blank white space. On other pages using the plug in they work fine, it just seems to be this one page.
Any ideas?
I would prefer not to post the url publicly at this time but i would be happy to PM it to an administrator.

If you are using Slimbox as a popup, you should check if image file names contain brackets ( ).
Slimbox, for some reason, won't display images with bracket in their name. Also other special char's may be problematic.

If this is not the case, you can send me a link via PM.

Thanks for that. I changed to pirobox and it works fine.
