Gallery only appears in Safari

I'm using AG on catherinelepreux.co.uk (4 galleries, one for each of the main products) but the thumbnail galleries can only be viewed when I'm using my mac. On every other browser (Firefox/ Chrome/ IE and mobile) all that shows where the gallery should be is {AG}folder name{AG}. Has anybody else had this and how do I fix it? I had a similar problem with a PinIt button and it seemed to be related to the javascript, but I'm a bit of a novice at this stuff unfortunately. Hope someone can help! Thanks in advance.

Hmmm, that is pretty strange.

Do you use Admiror Gallery in a module? If yes can you check in module settings if it is enabled to trigger content plugins?

That part is in PHP and it shouldn't make any difference no matter on the browser you use.

Can you send a link to your site so I could check?

I've worked out what was going wrong - everything to do with user error and nothing to do with the Gallery Easier to solve, but harder to mitigate against!
