resize big images on upload

Hi, great component thanks to developers. One question, is there any way to resize uploaded images to some default size, what admin configure in administration?
Example, in fronted I upload image from my photo, but, that image is 4000x3600 (6 mb) and when open in gallery (popup) it is larger than my monitor and open to slow
Is there any way to solve this.

Well currently we don't have option to manipulate images after upload, we expected that users would handle that part before uploading the images

But I think that adding this option would be a good idea, maybe in some future release.
