XML setup file is missing

Admiror Gallery is free extension for Joomla! 1.6. Joomla! 1.7 and Joomla! 2.5 based websites. Admiror Gallery is all in one, a simple and instant solution for rendering image gallery from folder with images, but very flexible and adaptable.

XML setup file is missing

#1 Post by pcpro »

I tried admirorgallery_4.5 on a Joomla 1.6 site

It installs, but with an error message that XML setup file is missing.

JInstaller: :Install: can not find XML setup file

In an article I see Admiror Gallery, but under Components menu its missing..

Joomla 1.6 is obsolete, as I guess you know, so it is possible that you cannot install Admiror Gallery.

Admiror Gallery 4.5 supports Joomla 2.5, we didn't test with Joomla 1.6
But you could be able to use standalone plugin.
