do i have to uninstall the plugin first for installing the component
latest joomla 2.5 version
latest php version..

You should remove the plugin first, just in case. This is not mandatory but it is cleaner
Nothing will be affected by uninstalling the plugin, all the gallery's will still remain.

ok, done..
but now i have a little problem.. maybe you can help me..
i changed the
h1 ALBUMS h1
to german !ALBEN!
you can see in albumuse..
i dont know anymore where i changed it in the plugin and cannot find it in the component

As I can see there is no translation for ALBUMS in language files, so if you changed it you most probably changed it in the index.php in the template folder you use.
But in future to change it, you just need to add "ALBUMS = [translation]" in language files for component and plugin.
I should do that in the official release in the future
