Image Manager
Image ManagerI'm having problems getting the image manager to work from the backend. Whenever I click on Image Manager under Components/Admiror Gallery...I get a completely white blank screen. Can you tell me what I've done wrong?
I also don't understand how to display the images based on order. Where do I set the order? Thanks

Re: Image ManagerI can't answer the first part of that, but priority is set easily:
under each Folder and Image is a box called "Priority" which currently is blank. Place numbers in here 1+ for priority setting. So 1 will show before 2, 2 before 3 and so on. Bifford.
Re: Image ManagerThank you, but isn't that in the Image Manager which I currently cannot see?
Re: Image Manageryup, but as you asked about priorities I answered that bit
a few questions: Have you tried uninstalling and re-installing? Does the manager work from the front-end? Is it just the image manager that doesn't work? (Does the control panel/popups/templates areas work?) Bifford
Re: Image ManagerYes, I re-installed once...didn't help.
Not sure how to have front-end access to the manager unless you mean setting the main menu type to be Image Manager. If that is what you mean, then no, it gives the error "You are not authorised to view this resource." Yes, everything else seems to work fine so far or at least it's not reacting the way the manager is displaying. Thanks, Bifford, for helping! Re: Image ManagerCan you give an URL for the site?
And possibly a username/password for temp backend access? (PM not on here) Re: Image ManagerWell, I'm not the developers, but I've had a look through your site's backend and can't find a thing wrong! The blank page when clicking the Image manager links is baffling to me - I've checked the URL it takes you to against my own set ups and everything matches. As do the componant and plugin details.
Have you tried re-downloading the archive in case something was damaged, uninstalling the current version and then installing the fresh download? Also, it may be an idea to try downloading the last-but-one version to see if that installs and works properly. Other than trying that I'm afraid all I can say is to wait for one of the developers to come online and see if they have an answer! I would send them a PM with the site and log-in details so they can go digging also. Sorry I could be of no help :/ Sam / Bifford
Re: Image ManagerThanks for your time and help...God bless.

Re: Image ManagerForward me a link to the site and user/pass and I will take a look
I don't have an idea why this is happening, but may be for two reasons, wrong GD version on the server, or to big images in the folder the image manages i pointing to. Check to see if any BMP image is in the folder. You should remove BMP images because GD doesn't support BMP format. We had similar problem, and as far as I can remember problem was fixed after installing the new version of GD library for PHP. Help Admiror Gallery become even better,
give us a review on JED
Re: Image ManagerThere are no BMP images and the sizes are all approximately 100kb. I have sent link, user/pass via PM.
