Thanks for reporting this. We will for sure correct it for the next release... and I must starting reading documentation for Joomla! API more careful hahahahaha - default depth for folder reading is 3 !!!

Until next release use this fix in administrator/components/com_admirorgallery/views/button/tmpl/default.php, at line 35 :

$ag_folders=JFolder::listFolderTree(JPATH_SITE.$ag_init_itemURL,"",10);

This expend depth level to 10.
