Cannot create thumbnails!

Hi, when i try to insert a gallery using the button on the editor i get this error

Cannot create thumbnails!
Width and height must be greater then 0
Admiror Gallery: 4.5.0
Server OS:Apache
Client OS:Windows NT 4.0
PHP:5.2.17

I cannot find where is the problematic page, so I guess that you fixed the problem

On you Photo Gallery page, you have albums and when I open an album I have thumbs folder also. I guess that some other plugin created it. You can remove it

Can you copy me the text that is added to the article when you use Admiror Button?

Is it just:

You said that you load the plugin within the module, is it some standard module that comes with Joomla or an extension from Joomla Extensions site?

We have a bug on Windows servers when adding gallery using Admiror Button. It adds '\' instead of '/' for directory separator. So if you are adding a images like the second example, you need to change the part "parks\landscape" to "parks/landscape"

I use custom HTML module and here is the code that was inserted into it using the button

Hmmm, this is strange, at my side everything is working OK.

I also added Custom HTML under my top menu, gallery is shown.

In general problem is, as it says, with parameters. For some reason parameters are not read correctly. But because width and height are the most important ones, gallery stops if they are 0.

Sorry, but without access to your back-end it is hard to find what is the problem.

If you have the time and will I can instruct you to add some prints in the gallery code so I could get more info on this issue and hopefully resolve it. But I will understand if you don't

Well the problem you have is caused by your editor JoomlaCK. When you add the code by using Admiror Button it all looks fine, but the editor is converting it to :

You can see it by pressing Source button in the upper left corner of editors toolbox.
If you switch to Source view, than Admiror Button, for some reason, will not insert the code.

So you should add the gallery in the normal view, copy the text, switch to Source view, paste it and save.
